The Oxford Dictionary defines sustainability in two ways:

  1. “The use of natural products and energy in a way that does not harm the environment.”
  2. “The ability to continue or be continued for a long time.”

In our organization, we provide information on sustainability in terms of both physical vitality, nutritional and mental health. We believe this is a foundation for creating a culture of corporate social responsibility. This means sustainability on the social, governmental and environmental level.

We can make little steps everyday to make behavioral changes within ourselves, for a better tomorrow!
