Q: How did you get into the field of coaching and wellness?

A:  I am a Clinical Psychologist, licensed in California. There are many good reason to pursue therapy (and I am gladly offering therapy sessions to clients who would benefit most from this approach). There are also many good reason to choose coaching.

For example, if you are seeking tools due to what’s going on in your life presently and what’s on the horizon (that is, your promising future), coaching is the way to get you to where you want to be. In a coaching conversation, the coach gets to ask you powerful questions, relay to you what you share with your responses, and that simple sounding process will do the empowerment for your present and future that you desire.

I recently became an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) in order to add coaching sessions as a type of service for my clients: I have been noticing (post-pandemic) that client needs are changing: more than ever, making the best of your present moment and gaining momentum to move into your future seems to be a crucial concern for most of us-and oftentimes, a challenge! I can easily spend my time on ONE or even several important aspect of my life, e.g., trying to help others, trying to eat better, trying to exercise more, trying to be less stressed, trying to manage my calendar more productively.
